Sex On The Beach
Sex on the Beach folklore suggests that a 1987 Florida bartender came up with this name in a contest to sell the most peach schnapps, but the drink name is included in the 1982 “American Bartenders School Guide to Drinks,” so there’s some discrepancy in the history of SOTB. In any case, this cocktail is the epitome of easy drinking, perfect for hot summer evenings and, obviously, the beach.

- Garnish: cocktail umbrella and/or cherry, orange slice
