Ranch Water
This word-of-mouth drink came about in the 1960s with people claiming a Texas rancher began drinking it after a hard day’s work. It later became popular when Texas bartenders started serving it up (though there is not an exact recipe). From Texas, it has spread to Arizona, New Mexico, and many other states because there’s a special place for a drink that connotes relaxation after working a long, hard day of work.
