Mai Tai
The Mai Tai is one of the most famous Tiki drinks in the world, popular among cocktail enthusiasts and Tiki aficionados alike. Although the classic Mai Tai isn’t super sweet, it is refreshingly delicious as long as you remember the key: great rum and lots of ice! Some recipes may call for pineapple juice, orange juice, and loads of garnish. The classic doesn’t call for these juices, and the garnish is actually only mint and lime. Having said all of that, this drink is supposed to be fun, so if you want to mix things up, go for it! No Mai Tai snobs allowed.
