Black & Stormy

A Black & Stormy is almost the same thing as a Dark ‘n Stormy. One difference is that a specific brand of rum has successfully registered a trademark dictating that only their rum can be used in any cocktail called Dark ‘n Stormy. Having said that, this recipe features the iconic Cruzan Light Rum and, without further ado, please enjoy the renowned Black & Stormy.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Cruzan Light rum
• 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• Ginger beer, to top (about 5 ounces)
• Garnish: lime wedge

Steps

1. Add rum and lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice.
2. Top with the ginger beer.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
