Negroni
The most common way to make this cocktail is in three equal parts: gin, campari, and sweet vermouth. That said, some professionals prefer one-and-a-half parts gin, and some go as high as two parts. Whichever proportions you prefer, it’s always a delicious mix of crisp, sweet, and bitter. Enjoy this Italian drink, and know that there are many variations on this classic, so please play around with it to find the proportions you like.
