Hot Toddy
A Hot Toddy is served, well, hot and it is often savored before bed or during times of cold and rain. Although we can’t say it is doctor recommended, legend has it that this drink is excellent for soothing symptoms of cold and flu, according to our Irish friends and a few buddies from some small Midwestern towns.
