Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini, what a cool name, made its premiere in the 1980s and its intention is to serve not as a relaxing cocktail, but as a pick-me-up. This combo of lively espresso and boozy magical powers is ready to boost, reset, and restore.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Absolut vodka
- 1/2 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup (optional)
- Garnish: coffee beans
Steps
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
